Can I wash my .aeko products?

Yes, you can but we suggest hand washing with only a mild liquid detergent that is easy on colour fabrics. Please make sure not to use bleach or dry clean. Lay flat or hang to naturally dry.

What pot size should I use with my hanger?

We recommend to use with pot size 12cm to 18cm. We make all our products to order so if you have a special request, please let us know and we would be happy to assist.

What makes your products sustainable and eco-friendly?

We are completely committed to sustainability and this runs through our products; the cotton, packaging and even the tape on the box is recycled. 

What is OEKO-TEX STANDARD? 

OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 guarantees that the tested and certified cotton yarn does not contain any harmful substances that are a danger to human health or the environment.

 

No dyes, water or toxic chemicals are used in the production of these materials. The colour is achieved by mixing various recycled colour fibres, therefore you may find some flecks of different colour in your product making it individual for each customer!

Are all your products handmade?

Yes they are, all our products are made to order. Whilst this means it may take slightly longer to get to you, it does mean that we respond and produce exactly what our customers want.

 

Once you place an order, the payment will be processed immediately and our team will acknowledge your order. We will update you again once your item has been dispatched, don’t worry we won’t keep you waiting too long.

Can I place wholesale orders?

Of course, we’d welcome all orders and so would be happy to fulfil your needs.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes, we are offering an international tracked shipping service which should reach you

wherever in the world.

How can I return my item?

We love all our products and we make every effort to make your product(s) to the highest standard possible. All of our products are handmade to order and there may be a slight variation for each one. 

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return at hello.aeko@gmail.com. The product(s) must be returned unused, in a resaleable condition with all the original packaging. 

 

You are responsible for return postage costs and if the product(s) is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

 

Unfortunately, customised or personalised sales are final and orders cannot be returned.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method (minus delivery costs).

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

My item arrived and it is damaged, what do I do? 

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate and do all we can to make it right.
